Rhode Island school law
Public schools maintaining any combination of grades five through twelve are covered by the statute.
Products must be available in all gender-neutral bathrooms and bathrooms designated for females.
The law requires covered products to be available free of charge to students.
In-stall placement reduces the distance between the requirement and the student who needs a pad.

Pads on a Roll mounts inside the stall so people can take a pad immediately, privately, and at no cost. The standard roll contains 40 pads; a 30-pad plant-based option is also available.
