Terms of Use
Effective date: September 9, 2026
These Terms of Use apply to websites operated by Egal Pads, Inc. (“Egal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including padsonaroll.com and related subdomains that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Site”).
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site provides information about Egal, Pads on a Roll®, our products, programs, distributors, and related topics.
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes. It is not medical, legal, regulatory, or other professional advice. Organizations are responsible for determining the laws, regulations, policies, and product requirements that apply to them.
Purchases, pilot programs, distributor relationships, and other commercial arrangements may be governed by separate terms, quotations, purchase orders, or written agreements. If these Terms conflict with a written agreement between you and Egal, the written agreement controls with respect to its subject matter.
2. Permitted Use
You may use the Site for lawful personal, educational, advocacy, or internal business purposes.
You may not:
- Use the Site in violation of applicable law;
- Interfere with the Site’s security, availability, or operation;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or user accounts;
- Introduce malicious code or use automated means to overload, scrape, or disrupt the Site;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Egal;
- Use Site content in a misleading manner; or
- Infringe the rights of Egal or any other person.
3. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content—including text, graphics, photographs, videos, product designs, logos, trademarks, and downloadable materials—are owned by or licensed to Egal and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, Egal grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the Site for its intended purposes.
You may download or print materials that Egal makes available for download, provided that you:
- Use them only for their stated or reasonably intended purpose;
- Do not remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or other notices; and
- Do not modify them in a way that misrepresents Egal, its products, or its positions.
No other rights are granted by implication or otherwise. You may not use Egal’s names, logos, trademarks, product images, or other brand assets to suggest sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without written permission.
4. Information You Provide
You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit through the Site is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.
Please do not send confidential, proprietary, sensitive, or legally privileged information through a general website form unless Egal specifically requests it through an appropriate channel.
If you voluntarily provide suggestions or other nonconfidential feedback about Egal or its products, Egal may use that feedback without restriction or compensation. Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
5. Accounts
Some Site features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
You must promptly notify Egal if you believe an account has been accessed or used without authorization. Egal may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, Egal, its customers, or other users.
6. Children and Students
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.
Children under 13 should not submit personal information through the Site. A minor participating in an Egal student, Roll Model, or advocacy program should do so with the involvement of a parent, legal guardian, teacher, school administrator, or other appropriate adult when required.
Additional notices or permissions may apply to particular programs.
7. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Site may link to distributors, service providers, social-media platforms, research sources, or other third-party websites.
Egal does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, products, services, or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily constitute Egal’s endorsement. Your use of a third-party website is governed by that third party’s terms and policies.
8. Product and Website Information
Egal works to keep Site information accurate and current, but information may contain errors or become outdated. Product appearance, packaging, specifications, availability, and other details may change.
Always follow the instructions, warnings, and information supplied with the applicable product. Site content does not replace product labeling or a written agreement with Egal.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Egal does not warrant that the Site will always be available, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that all content will be complete, accurate, or current.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Egal and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of—or inability to use—the Site.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. It does not govern liability arising under a separate written agreement between you and Egal.
11. Site Availability and Changes
Egal may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site. We may also update these Terms from time to time.
The revised Terms will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms deprives you of protections that cannot be waived under the law applicable to you.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
