After meeting Egal at the ICAO Global Aviation Gender Summit, dnata UK went all-in — installing 115 Pads on a Roll dispensers across six airports for a 24/7 ground-handling workforce that can't simply step away from their stations. The rollout anchored their wider Menstruation to Menopause (M&M) campaign and a certified Period Positive Workplace.
