Period care built into the existing restroom routine.
Following HB 134, LCPS placed Pads on a Roll discreetly inside middle, junior, and high school restroom stalls — including gender-neutral and at least one men's restroom per school. Custodial staff restock pads alongside toilet paper, no vending machines or coins required.
