Public Health Law §267
Elementary and secondary schools serving students in any grade from 6 through 12 must provide menstrual products in school restrooms at no charge to students. Non-public schools may seek a limited exemption under the conditions stated in the law.

Pads on a Roll
Free pads, right where toilet paper already is.
Pads on a Roll mounts inside the restroom stall, so students can take an individually wrapped pad privately without coins, a vending machine, or a trip to the nurse or campus pantry.
The standard roll contains 40 pads; a plant-based 30-pad roll is also available. The compact format is easy to store, fast to refill, and familiar for facilities teams already servicing toilet paper dispensers.
